For this character, I intend to explore a mixture of techniques with the goal of bringing a character from concept to in-game implementation. For this, I've begun by conceptualizing it on Procreate. It was important to understand his shape from the front and back by the time I hop on its 3D version.



3D Transition
I had begun before my last year of college had started in Summer 2019, so I had made the head in Maya first, then I repurposed and resized the shape of the body I used for the Silent Observer off my IDO project to throw it in Z Brush, define it more, retopologize it, and then bring it to Substance Painter.
